If you are planning to buy ab exercise equipment, drop the idea – period. It’s not that we are discouraging you from buying home gym exercise machines; it’s just that probably this is your first time. We don’t want you to waste your money by buying something that’s not going to help you in the long run.
Or, what if you end up with the wrong ab exercise equipment? Where does that leave you? Refunds are a little hard to ask for – and so is the resale market on these machines. Plus, your abs will not be getting the target output; therefore you are better off without ab machines for home.
Don’t be discouraged. We did talk about buying the right exercise equipment in another article. For now, you need to know that your best friend is your mind and a couple of good quality supplements. Plus, there is a myth that as long as you are busting your chops on an ab machine, let’s say, a roman chair, you will be getting rock hard abs.
Here’s the thing that you need to do. You need to go and join a gym. Get a partner and make abs your second priority. Getting abs is not that difficult – it requires patience and dedication. More so, if you have a strong willpower to resist all the casual food items, you are on the right track.
As far as ab machines and ab home exercise equipment is concerned, it will be a waste of money. Why? If you are not motivated, no matter how good or expensive a machine is, you will never even get a pound of muscle. At most, your overall body weight will be oscillating between gaining a pound or losing it over the week! That’s it.
