Diets that don’t use portion control aren’t as effective since you are left eating and not knowing how much is too much. Because when it comes down to it, fat loss is all about eating less and burning more calories. If your numbers aren’t right by the end of the week, you most likely won’t lose any weight!
Exercise Recommendation
Although a diet program may not provide for you an exercise regimen, it should recommend that you add that to your weekly schedule. If it is adamant at the fact that you don’t need to exercise, something isn’t right. All the experts I know agree that exercise only helps and if added will speed up your progress.
